6 months old!

6 Months Old Today!

Kyan is growing up! It is hard to believe 6 months ago, we did not know that Kyan was to be Kyan...we did not know his personality, his love, his stunningly handsome looks ;) or his smile...

now, we can't imagine a life without it....

He is apx 19 lbs and 26 inches tall, he eats green beans, rice cereal, carrots and peas (avocados are next). he loves his gdiapers!!! his daddy, his giraffe gus and his purple chew toy...

his laugh is contagious and his hugs ... well, unforgettable...we hope!

Here on the home front, things are good. Eric is working for his Uncle Phil now at Blosser Lighting Design. Crystal is working part-time and loving her days home with Kyan,

We are in the process of buying a home!! More on that when/if it becomes official...

and yea, we can't wait for Christmas!

questions & discoveries

so moms out there...does this ever happen to you...
I will be sitting here with Kyan and suddenly, I will notice something I have never noticed/thought of before....
like the following:

• Do babies blink?? Kyan beats me in the staring contest every time!!
• Do babies have goosebumps when they are born?? - I was rubbing his tummy one day and suddenly noticed goosebumps...I have never noticed them before.
• Are babies born with leg hair?? - I just saw some on Kyan's legs today...
• Are babies born with arm hair?? - cause Ky doesn't have any...

oh well - I will probably be able to add to this post forever throughout Ky's life...
